Mike Small - Captain
Captain Michael has 15 years of experience in the marine industry working on vessels ranging from 20 meters to 60 meters. He has extensively cruised through the Bahamas, Mediterranean, and the Caribbean. Michael graduated from the Maritime Professional Academy and offers an enthusiasm that blends well with the positive attitude of the entire crew. As the Captain, he takes great pride in creating tailor-made yacht cruise experiences for each charter. He works closely with his guests to ensure that all of their needs and wants are met. His love for traveling provides Michael with the passion to research and organize all kinds of activities for the enhancement of the onboard experience.
Richard (RJ) Cremin - Mate
RJ was born and raised in Fairfield, Connecticut as the oldest of four brothers. He grew up on the water, sailing the Long Island Sound coastline and eventually the Great Lakes, where he went on to collegiate racing for the Rochester Institute of Technology. While at RIT, RJ pursued work in digital marketing, branding, and MVP product development in a freelance capacity, eventually leading to the creation of his business JUICE. Upon graduation from RIT with degrees in finance and software engineering, RJ worked with his two partners to grow JUICE until December of 2020, when they stepped aside to pursue other interests. RJ is a passionate sailor, and plans to continue cruising and racing as he makes his way into the yachting industry. He is working on his MCA 200gt Master Limited, as well as his Divemaster certification.
Ashley Combs - Stew
Ashley was born and raised in Edina, Minnesota where she grew up doing gymnastics from age 3 until age 18. While growing up, her father moved to Florida and joined the yachting industry as a chef introducing her to the yachting world and quickly falling in love with it. While studying Project Management at Purdue University, she worked as a Stylist Manager at Free People and served at a beautiful restaurant. Her goal ever since she was a little girl was to join the yachting industry and she finally made the jump to follow her dad's footsteps and move to Florida to join the yachting industry. For the last 3 years, she has worked as a Stewardess on 30m-60m motor yachts and she absolutely love it. She strives to make charter guests happy and leave happier than they arrived.

Claudia, We had a great time! The boat was very nice with everything we could need. The crew was fantastic. We really enjoyed all the chefs food and snacks. He was very flexible and accommodating.
