Crew Profile
Captain | Jeremy Nollet | Canadian/American

Born and raised in Montreal and also a proud American, Captain Jeremy brings over a decade of yachting experience and a deep-rooted passion for the sea to his role as captain. His maritime journey began in the U.S. Coast Guard, where he served as a marine technician before transitioning to work with rotary aircraft—an experience that honed his precision, leadership, and calm under pressure.

For the past 11 years, Jeremy has captained yachts along the U.S. East Coast, Florida, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean, offering guests an unmatched depth of local knowledge and a steadfast commitment to safety and service. Fluent in both English and French, he’s known for his approachable leadership style and ability to tailor each charter to the guests’ desires.

When not at sea, Jeremy enjoys water sports, beach days, camping adventures, and time with his wife and young child. He also owns and operates Interior Technology Services, a Fort Lauderdale-based carpet cleaning company specializing in luxury yachts and estates—underscoring his attention to detail in all aspects of life.

Chief Engineer | Robbie Palazzo | American

Robbie grew up in Connecticut, where his love for the water started at a young age. A natural problem-solver with a strong work ethic, he completed the Marine Systems program at the IYRS School of Technology and Trades in Newport, Rhode Island. Since joining the yachting industry in 2018, he has served as an engineer aboard several vessels—particularly Westports—and holds a U.S. Coast Guard 100-ton license, along with numerous other marine industry certifications.

As Chief Engineer aboard Lady JJ, Robbie ensures all systems operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently. He’s known for his calm demeanor, technical expertise, and friendly nature, making him an invaluable member of the crew.

When he's not on board, Robbie enjoys boating, snowboarding, fishing, and hockey. He also loves spending time in Cape Cod and New Hampshire, and shares his downtime with his girlfriend and their cat, Rover.

First Mate |Andrew Baar | American

Born in South Dakota, Andrew grew up with a deep appreciation for the outdoors—spending his early years camping, fishing, hunting, and boating throughout the Midwest. A natural athlete, he competed in Division I soccer and wrestling during his time at university, where his discipline and teamwork laid a strong foundation for his career at sea.

Driven by a lifelong passion for the ocean, Andrew began his yachting journey at the age of 25. He now holds a Chief Officer 3000GT license and brings a strong work ethic, leadership, and a calm, confident presence on board.

When he's not navigating the high seas, Andrew enjoys relaxing at the beach, spending time with his family, and adventuring with his beloved dogs.

Chief Stewardess | Logan Spanier-Marson | American

Hailing from Dallas, Texas, Logan brings Southern charm and a polished eye for detail to her role as Chief Stewardess. Since joining the yachting industry in 2016, she has combined her background in merchandising—with a degree from the University of North Texas—with her love of travel and the outdoors to create exceptional guest experiences at sea.

A certified Dive Master, Logan is as comfortable exploring vibrant coral reefs as she is crafting an elegant table setting. Her signature five-star service, warm hospitality, and ability to whip up the perfect Texas margarita ensure guests feel both pampered and at home from the moment they step aboard.

Deckhand | Steven Cavallo | American

Originally from Pennsylvania and now a long-time Florida resident, Steve brings over four years
of hands-on yachting experience to the crew. Holding a 100-ton license, he’s well-versed in all things maritime and especially enjoys sharing his passion for fishing with guests—he’s always happy to guide a fishing session or swap stories about the one that got away.

Steve is known for his friendly, approachable nature and is always ready to lend a hand or brighten the day with a few tunes on his guitar. Off duty, he enjoys spending time with his dog and being out on the water whenever he can.

Whether he's keeping the decks spotless or helping you reel in your catch of the day, Steve is dedicated to making your time aboard relaxed, fun, and memorable.

Second Stewardess | Kera Ramsey | American

Born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, Kera serves as Second Stewardess aboard Lady JJ, bringing enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong hospitality background to the crew. She holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Tennessee and has worked extensively in the service industry as both a waitress and bartender.

Before joining the yachting world, Kera also worked as a professional event planner—organizing everything from private parties to corporate functions. This experience honed her organizational skills and ability to anticipate guest needs, making her a natural fit for high-end charter service.

When she's not working, Kera enjoys paddleboarding, snorkeling, running, reading, and
exploring new destinations. Her outgoing personality and detail-oriented nature help ensure every guest feels relaxed and well cared for from the moment they step aboard.
